This has nothing to do with the other Jubilee present in SoliLuxe, except that they both apparently commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria's reign in 1887.

This ornate game (with the jacks removed from the deck for some reason) is attributed to Lady Adelaide Cadogan as the inventor — and not merely for documenting the rules which is the case with many other solitaires.
